- Text you submit to Chef AI or the fridge-scanning feature.

- Basic technical information such as browser type, device type, approximate region, and error logs when analytics or hosting services provide it.
- Contact information and message contents when you contact us.
How information is used
To operate the app, remember your choices, save favorites, generate recipes or suggestions, improve reliability, prevent abuse, respond to messages, and understand which features are useful.
Local storage
WorldMeals may store preferences, favorites, meal plans, progress, photo-cache references, and session hints in your browser using localStorage or sessionStorage.
AI and uploaded content
Text or images sent to AI-powered features may be transmitted to service providers that help generate results. Avoid submitting confidential, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information.
Service providers
We may use hosting, database, image, analytics, security, and AI providers. They may process limited information only to provide their services to WorldMeals.
Your choices
You can clear browser storage, avoid optional AI features, decline to upload images, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Data retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children and international users
WorldMeals is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law without appropriate consent. Privacy rights vary by location, and we will respond to valid requests as required.
